Are you ready? Get your butt off the bed and follow me....
1) Do some stretching exercise for your 2 legs
2) Slowly get into this position
3) Stretch out your butt and tip your toe out for maximum stretching at your calf
4) Next, slwoly move your left hand and touch your right ankle
5) Next, the other hand follow suits and use your head to support the body
6) Relax your body with 2 hands resting on the pillow
