Making Fishes

Its another raining evening. We cant go anywhere so mommy brought out some paper plates and we start to get our hands on the paint......we're doing fish.

Mommy's Art Piece

Mommy made this out of a sample diaper box while me and didi had turn off for the night. Look carefully...who's sitting in the bus?? They are all my fav characters!! The bus has 2 faces too!

My Art Piece - Train

ME and mommy made a train using unwanted boxes. While, actually mommy wanted to make a bus but i insisted that i want a train.....I helped mommy by:
1) selecting the colours
2) glue-ing the green paper on the cardboard so that mommy can cut out little circles which will be the wheels of the train.
3) Pasting the windows on the train with a little help from mommy so that the windows are in line.
4) Bring my Thomas train and hold it for mommy so that she can draw the face on the train.

Grandpa's birthday

Its Grandpa's bday and while as jiujiu, jiuma and jiejies are nt in sg, grandma suggested having a simple meal at hm to celebrate grandpa bday instead of spending a bomb at a restaurant. Before grandpa comes home fr work, grandma brought me out and ask me to choose a cake. i choose a big round butter cake but grandma says its too big and so finally i choose a mini winnie pooh cake for grandpa. After dinner, we sang bday song and while u see......mommy says it looks more like my bday than grandpa's. I sing the bday song as loud as i can......

We ate most of the cake while grandpa only take a mouthful...hehehe.....hmmm......mommy says ah ma's bday is coming soon.....yeeepeee....more cake cutting!!!

A visit to the Dentist

Mommy & Daddy brought me to The Kids Dentist for a check up. While, from the clinic name, you should know its a checkup for my teeth. Its at Camden Medical Centre and when we reached there, we saw Adam, my friend, there too!! He's there for cleaning of his teeth. While waiting for Adam to finish, i played at the waiting area. and i like the TOYS there!!!

When it was my turn, the dentist shows us picture of little children with "black"teeth and very dirty teeth. n he shows daddy n mommy the proper way to brush my teeth. Next, he shows me the number of teeth which i should have and asked me to hold the little handheld mirror and count the no of teeth for him. After which, i was asked to rest my head on mommy's shoulder so that i can look up and watch my Thomas show!! N of cos i have to open my mouth for him to check the teeth. Luckily, no cavities, no tooth decay as mommy has been diligently brushing my teeth every night b4 bedtime and most importantly after milk (remember no bottle milk!!). However, the front part of my teeth has some plague on it and i have to let mommy brush them instead of clamping my mouth next time......

The dentist says i'm a good boy and after the checkup, he gave me a toothbrush amd a little ball as a reward.

Fire Station Visit

We visited the Central Fire Station last sat morning. The fire station is opened to the public every sat from 9 to 11 am. We left our hse near 9am and reached the station 20 mins later. Its a hot and humid sat morning. When we enter the fire station, i was already in a dazed. Mommy's not too sure if i'm too overwhelmed by the fire engines and emergency ambulances which i saw or i'm not feeling well......Anyway, i'm just feeling very excited and little scared which i told mommy later when she asked me again. I never expect to see a real fire station. It was always from the story book on fire fighters and engines and station.....Now, i see the real fire fighter, fire engine, hose, the yellow helmet and boots which fire fighter wore.....

Xiao Xiao Bing!

Look at us!! Mommy and Daddy bought the army tee from beach road after several pleades from me that i want to be a "xiao xiao bing" - little soldier, after watching the Xiao Xiao Bing DVD song.
