Interlaken West Station is the nearest train station from our hotel. Just a 5 mins walk.
Our breakfast on the train
Another cup of train "cuppooocino" which daddy always had.....
Entertaining ourselves with games from daddy's iphone
After a long ride, we finally reached Zermatt. Its a nice small town with no entry for cars.....The weather here is the coolest and the most beautiful town which mommy think it is in Swiss
Waiting for the train up to Gornergrat. Thats where we can see Matterhorn (My chocolate moutain).....
Making merry again.....
The view up to Gornergrat is heavenly......mommy likes it better than jungfraujoch.
Mommy and didi playing silly again
LOOK!! Matterhorn!!! Daddy manage to snapped a pic of it just before the silly cloud blocks the view and refuse to move away during our time up there.
Gornergrat!! Nice view too.... nice place with lesser tourists.
Mommy tries to make a snow ball for us......end up having a numbed palm.....hehehe....
Thats didi...in a dangerous position to fall off the cliff???
Searching for ......
Both of us, sit, stand, lie, roll, dig, throw.........we do all kind of actions with the snow.....totally oblivious to the surrounding...pple have been snapping pics of the 2 of us playing snow. Well, u see....mommy said we are the only 2 who played with the snow there.... look at our hair...black!....Thats the 1st time we encounter snow so cant blame us ma.
Tring to lift the big snow block
Didi helping me....
Day 6: We made a long trip to Zurich...with mommy pushing both of us in stroller and daddy with the 2 luggages. Mommy has reserved a room at Swissotel (4 stars) in Oerikon. When we finally reached the hotel, daddy and mommy got a biggest shock. The hotel receptionist had inisisted that we booked another room as each room cannot accomodate 2 adults and 2 kids and insisted that it may be the fault of the booking agent who probably had made a mistake when the reservation was 1st made. Despite daddy's request for a bigger room which can accommodate us, the receiptionist had declined daddy's request flatly. Daddy decided to cancel the reservation as the total bill will come up to be 1200CHF for just a 3 night stay with 2 rooms which we dont really need one of them.
This is me....taking a shot of myself
On our way to meet Uncle Gim Hee and Auntie Grace. Uncle Gim Hee is mommy's friend whom she has not met for 14 yrs since secondary school days. He has came to Siwtzerland for his PHD and Auntie Grace has followed him shortly after their marriage.
Waiting hungrily....had fries which we bought at COOP, while waiting for Uncle and Auntie.
We had dinner at a chinese resturant and gosh...the price for just 4 plates of fried rice and a plate of fried kway tiao cost us abt S$120........
I couldnt resist...insisted on playing the snow....

The 2 of us stayed with mommy just outside the hotel while daddy made a trip to the tourist service counter at the train station. The helpful uncle managed to find us a 3 stars hotel (Altstadt Hotel) in the Zurich city. This is probably a disguise in blessing as Uncle Gim Hee mention that Swissotel is ä little"bit" out of the way.
This is the pic of our hotel in Zurich...Cosy, Comfortable, roomy....

After dinner, Uncle Gim Hee brought us to his university, ETH Zurich (Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich), where he work and study for his PHD. Standing up the slope, you can see the magnificent night view of Zurich.
Meeting Uncle Gim Hee and Auntie Grace there is a real bless as they gave daddy and mommy lots of info on transport, directions, cultures in Swiss. This is us, posing for a nice pic. I began to like them and has been telling mommy that I will see them real soon.
