Switzerland 2010 - Jungfraujoch

3rd Day: We woke up early in the morn and proceeded to catch the 8 plus train.

Despite having a train to catch, we still played merry in the underground pass

I'm already in my coat!! The rise of the yellow power ranger

Didi is still doing silly acts with mommy

Enjoying my BBQ chicken meat which Ah ma brought for us in SG. Dont laugh ....i bet u will crave for this too if u were to come here one of these days...hehehe

Here we go.... on the way up to the moutains

I'm all geared!! see how stylo i looked

The final destination....

B4 snow playing, we must filled our stomach with food. Here we are, lunching in a restuarant at Jungfraujoch. The meal costs abt S$180. WOW!!...Mommy says thats a bit pricey for just a substandard lunch.

Nice view from the restaurant

After lunch, we invaded the ice palace

Mommy feel that didi looks like her when she is just ard that age.

I've been trying so hard to explain to didi what the sculptures are...and all didi is interested is just to play with the ice...haiz....

Family shot in the palace

We have finally reached the highlights of the day agenda. The moment we stepped out, our hair (or at least mommy 's and daddy's) were instantly messed with the wind blowing in ALL direction. Face began to feel numb....mommy's and daddy's hands numbed from the coldness....all i can say is they're probably trying to be hero. bring gloves and dont wear...what a waste!

A difficult shot to take under the strong sunlight and strong wind....see where i'm facing trying to hide from the wind and see didi...trying hard to open his eyes.

I'm more adventurous.....

Holding on to the rope as the ground is slippery

Didi only hide in one corner.....

I'm the only one who roll over on the snow.....I swear that nobody did that when we were there.

Poor didi....still cant open his eyes

Thats didi's sense of fashion. totally out!!

I like this red cow the best

cant resist....n insist i sit on the cow.

Finally on the ride back down....didi who never had his lunch begin to feel super hungry and munched on his tidbits.... feeling in a happier mood than on the way up to the mountains

I brought back a pack of snow.....melted on our way back

Enjoying our nutella biscuit....cant find this in SG....n both of us love this

Another nice view from the back of our hotel

Our fav place to run ard without having mommy n daddy calling behind us asking us to "slow down", "becareful"etc

Didi thought this is an ice cream and gets all excited over it. Mommy had to pull him away cos its just a rubbish bin ....Please...didi.....dun be so suaku!

As we were back to hotel early, mommy managed to make our dinner and we gobbled down like we haben had anything the whole day.....after which, mommy and daddy finally had a proper dinner at the mexican food in the restaurant just below our rooms.
