Chinese Characters Learning

Snowman fun.... We started our Chinese Characters recognition during the mar school holiday when mommy realised that i can recognise chinese character like "Kou"and "Shou" which i have learned in school.

Numbers & Sizing

Learning numbers with BoB the builder pictures.....Categorise all the different trucks into the different size group

Using Chopsticks

Mommy brought me a learning chopstick months back and i have been using it during most of my meals. I can use it to pick up things like pompopm balls and my smallest toys...as well as noodles!

Counting

We sing the song "10 little bottles hanging on the wall" and i get to hang the bottles on the wall and start counting them. 10 little bottles...hanging on the wall.....

should 1 little bottle accidentally fall.....

Sorting into category

What to do on a raining day?? ....... Me and Didi are given 4 different type of containers....and different types of food. We are suppose to sort them into different category into each container. Fruits....vege.....seafood...... me sorting out the 3 containers in front of me. And look at what didi has sorted into the blue one. totally wrong!! Ginger, pumpkin, egg, strawberry all together....haiyo!!

Me helping didi out....okok re-sort!! Mommy say anything got to re-do is waste.....

Colours & Shapes Sorting

Mommy just bought this shape and colour sorting game for us. Didi shows great interest in this game. Well....didi still cant sort in terms of shapes and colour but as you can see...he is trying his best to put the chips into the bars. Great for coordination n motor skill as well as increasing concentration.

Now its my turn. Mommy tasked me a more diff task....sort by colours and i sort them out easily. The next time rd, i've to sort by shapes.....

Cutting

I started leaning how to use scissor to cut paper few weeks ago and now, i'm getting more used to scissor. I cut all shapes and sizes.......i can cut for abt 30mins and the whole floor is littered with my cutted paper. Mommy has to use

a plastic bag to contain all the papers.....

Matching Alphabet Apples

Match the alphabet boy and gal to the correct apple trees

So whats didi doing while i'm bz with this?? He's busy walking along the edge of our bed up and down several times enjoying and entertaining himself.....training his leg muscle .....so big boy still don't want to walk....shame shame

ABCs

Mommy made this snowman alphabet matching few weeks ago. Simple. I just need to match the alphabets to the correct snowman! Beside that, i have to say the letter before i match them.....while u see...i can say A to Z without any problem...BUT...i'm still lagging behind when it comes to recognise alphabets.

After i'm done, time to sing the alphabets song.....A, B, C, D, E, F, G......
