As usual, our first stop on the first day of CNY is JiuJiu's hse to send our greetings to grandma and grandpa.....

We are in our new CNY clothing.....hehehe.....

This is Great Grandmother's house....the only place i have been looking forward....and the main reason is .......i have been waiting for the lion dance troupe to come.

Couldnt hide my excitement......and this is how happy i am when i get to touch and take a photo of the lion.

Special request to play the drum is always granted and the uncles and gor gors are always willing to wait a little while for me to play with the big biig drum....thanks to god grandpa!!

After greatgrandmother's hse, we headed str to anothe great grandma's place (daddy side) and had fun with the uncle's toys and we lugged back lots of great books which they had gladly given to us.....

A busy day indeed and we rush down to meet our friends for dinner.....

After the dinner, the adults decided to have coffee and so we headed down to Vivo City at 10 plus in the night.....are we tired??...no no....of cos no...all of us kiddos....from 2 yrs old to 7 yrs old kiddos....are all wide awake....

2 tables at coffee house. one for the adults and one for the kiddos.....we were immersed in the iphone games, flipping thru magazine pretend to read, enjoying our chips and juices......

This ishe last photo taken for the day but thats only the beginning and we kiddos were off to the other side for a great run!! We were all drenched by the time we headed back home past midnight.......and after a great shiok bath...we zzz within min.

That makes the first day of CNY 2012.HUAT AH!

Reunion Dinner 2012

We had our reunion dinner at the Sakura Charcoal grill at Punggol Marina together with grandma and grandpa, jiujiu and jiumas, xuan and yi jie jies and grand uncles....

Look at us!! We are BBQing and steamboating under the evening sun....LOL...but its quite fun though....and the sun returns back home soon after we start the dinner leaving us in comfort coolness of the night.

The 4 of us had a great time playing ard while the adults are still eating......

Didi gets to learn and recognise B and C, and B= Ball, Bee and C = Cat, Car

Mommy is trying her best to upload all the 2011 postings since it is already 2012 now. And.....hmm....we have last 2 to go....the second last is the outing to the zoo during the dec holiday when mommy was back from her ireland trip.

Ireland 2011

Please do not be mistaken....This trip is not a family fun trip but mommy's business trip to Ireland......oh oh oh....sounds boring! Mommy was away for 2 weeks and after about 16 hours flight, she finally reached Ireland - Cork.

This is Cork City.....Nice Shopping here and mommy brought back lots of loots.....erm....and of cos my toys.

Wohoho!! We are back again.....We had been real busy, moving house, mommy going for 2 weeks business trip, chirstmas cum house warming etc.......

So let's start with late post first..... jiu jiu, jiu ma, xuan and yiyi jiejie came back from USA after 2 yrs stay there and just in time to celebrate xuan xuan jie jie's birthday. She turns 7 years old this year. We had the celebration at East Coast PArk chalet and a BBQ night......Before that, we hit the beach and play ourselves silly with the sand.

PhotoShoot 2011

Mommy has forgotten to share this and we had a photoshoot session in Aug this year. So this is long long overdue....as usual.....same old excuse from mommy. Busy Busy Busy....what else.
The shoot is taken by Uncle Yap and thanks to him for helping to size the photos to web base and it makes the uploading of the pics much much much faster than normal.

On the day of the shoot, didi is having a fever.....er.....kana spread by me la....I recovered just in time for the photoshoot but didi is not so lucky.

The photoshoot is meant for didi's 3 yrs old birthday this year which explain why it was taken in Aug. Didi has missed his 1 yr old photoshoot which i had when i turn 1. To make up for this, mommy has arranged this session with Uncle Yap.

Seoul 2011 - Day 1

Day 1

Its our annual long holiday again....and this year, we are heading to Seoul. We jumped out of the bed early in the morning when mommy woke us up. No lazing ard on the bed....but up from the bed, washed up, drink milk and headed straight to the airport. The airplane is waiting for us........Seoul, here we come!!

On the plane....we couldnt help but to take a short nap to recharge our energy.

Activities during the flight....drawing, playing stickers, story telling, watching movies......eating nuts, drink cold apple juices......what else??

After about 6 hrs, we finally reached!! Its real short and easy journey compared to the 12-13 hrs trip to Switzerland last yr.

As the limo bus at the airport does not stop right at our hotel but the nearest train station, daddy made the right decision to take a cab from the airpot right up to our hotel. By the time we reach Hotel Sunbee, its already 6 plus in the evening and the sky is already dark. Imagine daddy and mommy had to find the hotel in the dark, lugging 2 big luggages and 2 tired monkies......its just the right decision to take a cab.

We are simply pleased with the hotel room. Mommy booked a twin room which comes with 1 double and 1 single bed. A Jacuzzi Bath Tub which we had our "Wee ar wee" (swim) in there for the next 7days.

A computer with free internet access. Safebox. Hot and cold water dispenser.

See!! We couldnt help but undressed immediately and jump right into the tub for a "wee ar wee" before we explore ard for dinner.

After dinner, we headed back to hotel to rest for the night.

Seoul 2011 - Day 2

Day 2
After a good night rest at the hotel, we started day 2 to the Changdeokgung Palace or Changdeok Palace. It is one of the "Five Grand Palaces" built by the kings of the Joseon Dynasty. The literal meaning of Changdeokgung (창덕궁, 昌德宮) is "Palace of Prospering Virtue". Changdeokgung, like the other five grand palaces in Seoul, was heavily damaged during the Japanese Occupation of Korea.

AS the palace is near to where we stay, we walk, run, skip, jump, hop all the way there.

Queuing up to buy tickets to get in the palace. Look at me and didi with the sun glasses on and you know how glaring the sun is....

This one looks different from the one near my hotel....n i just need to sit on him to tame him down....hehe....

This is the Injeongjeon Hall (National Treasure) - the throne hall of Changdeokgung and it was used for major state affairs including the coronation of a new king and receiving foreign envoys.

The palace is big and we had a good run around the place, kicking the sand and making our shoes real dirty on just the 2nd day.

This is the well which i wanted to jump in for a swim in this "hot" weather.

After the palace visit, had a quick super yummy thick ham toast bought from a stall along the street, we took a cab to Namsam Park, one of Seoul City’s largest green spaces, where we then took the namsam cable car up to the peak to see the N Seoul Tower

Namsam Park was once the center of capital defense. During the Joseon Dynasty (1392-1910) the capital was changed to Hanyang,(current Seoul). To protect the city from invasions, castle walls were built on the 4 major mountains like Mt. Bukaksan, Mt. Inwangsan, Mt. Naksan and Mt. Namsan. On Namsan peak, five beacons were built to report the news from local governments to the central government with a five-signal system.

Ceremony starts

Cable car down....and we had our lunch at the resturant there before we walked down Namdaemun before hiring a cab back hotel to rest.

An evening walk around Insa-dong streets where our hotel is. Insa-dong Street is one of the most memorable attractions in Seoul and represents the focal point of Korean traditional culture and crafts. Stores in Insa-dong specialize in a wide variety of goods such as hanbok (traditional clothing), hanji (traditional paper), traditional teas, pottery, and folk crafts etc.

Note: Vehicles are not permitted on the street at Insa-dong during weekends and this makes it more amenable for visitors to look around.

After a long walk, we headed back to hotel for another round of "Wee ar wee" in the bath tub. Before that, didi needs to use the computer first to check his "shares" prices before it hits down the rocket bottom?????

Seoul 2011 - Day 3 Part I

Day 3

The day started with our powerful Ultraman pose right outside our hotel....Full of energy and we are heading to the Samsung Children's Museum and Lotte World...

We walked from the train station to the Samsung Children's Museum and this is the first children’s museum in South Korea. The place provides opportunities for children and the parents to foster creativity and problem-solving techniques through a hands-on experience with displayed objects. There are nine exhibitions that include photography and media art gallery, Children’s studio, Science Exploration, experience occupations, and Comparisons between Society and Culture.

There is a toddler section for younger kiddos....and didi is allowed to go in....n me?? hehe....i can pass on 1 yr younger and went in with didi....

Seoul 2011 - Day 3 Part II

Lotte World is a theme park filled with thrilling rides, an ice rink, different kinds of parades as well as a folk museum, a lake, and much more. Lotte World is divided into a '’Adventure’ theme once you are inside the building, and outside is a ‘Magic Island’ theme next to Seokchonhosu Lake. Magic Island is situated outdoors, where the dazzling Magic Castle is located as well as thrilling high-altitude rides where you can hear screams everywhere from the poeple on the rides.

After a fun out at SamSung Children's Museum, we were just glad to be in the strollers looking at the halloween displays.

This....I totally cant get this Trex out of my mind.....Too bad i'm not tall enough to sit on the ride

Seoul 2011 - Day 4

Day 4

As usual, we woke up early in the morning fresh and full of energy.....However, didi started to feel feverish......He down some fever med and seems better thereafter and so we proceed on with our itienery.

I love this sculpture....Cheese!!

The plan today is to visit the Gyeongbokgung palace(경복궁) which is built in 1395. Gyeongbokgung Palace is also commonly referred to as the “Northern Palace” because it is the furthest north when compared to the neighboring palaces of Changdeokgung (Eastern Palace) , which we visited on the 2nd day and Gyeongheegung (Western Palace). Mommy says the premises were destroyed by fire at the time of Japanese occupation and then rebuild again. Hmm....i think i overheard daddy mention the Empress Myeongseong was assassinated by Japanese Agents in 1895......well, lets see how big it is....

Here is the Geunjeongjeon Hall which is the throne hall where the king formally granted audiences to his officials, gave declarations of national importance, and greeted foreign envoys and ambassadors during the Joseon Dynasty.

The stone-paved courtyard is lined with two rows of rank stones, called pumgyeseoks, indicating where the court officials are to stand according to their ranks. Err.....what rank is didi standing at ah??

I love this Gyeonghoeru Pavilion which is a hall used to hold important and special state banquets during the Joseon Dynasty. There are many fishes in the lake and one kind uncle gave us some bread to feed the hungry fishes....

Next, what else....its along walk to train station and we just flag down and hopped on a taxi

To?? Itaewon.......

Itaewon is in the middle of Yongsan-gu, which borders the northern part of the Hangang River and is also close to Seoul Station, Myeong-dong, and Namsan Mountain. There, you can find fashion shops specialize in various imported clothes, leather goods, fur goods, handbags, shoes, and antique furniture. Another one of Itaewon’s draws is its diverse food culture, which features cuisine from around world, New York, London, India, Thailand, China, Greece, Pakistan, Italy, France, Mexico, Australia, and more

nothing fancy mommy there and so after a while, we head off back to hotel to rest as didi is having lethargic with his fever. What did we buy? 2 banana from Itaewon...hahhaa

After a good rest and recharge our energy, we headed down to Dongdaemun market for dinner and shopping.
Dongdaemun is home to the largest clothing suppliers in Korea and has become the most famous fashion street in Korea. The market is a mixture of both traditional and modern stores and you have to visit this market at night to fully immersed in the crowd and enjoy the night cool breeze. Walk or shop till you drop and then hop into any restaurant for a bite and continue on....

Daddy claim this keep him warm from the cool weather...but mommy down 2 panadol the next day after having a few sip of this....

This!! You definitely got to try this in Korea. The Ginseng Chicken Soup, 삼계탕 Samgyetang. Mommy swears by heart that its so heavenly nice....that she could stop drinking the soup and i whacked up the chicken....yumyum!!

Seoul 2011 - Day 5 & 6

Day 5

As didi is feeling slightly better and mommy anticipate that i may fall sick soon (thats typical after one of us fall sick, the other will follow shortly), they decided to bring us to Everland before both of us are down. After much discussion the day before, daddy and mommy have decided to take a cab from our hotel doorstep right up to Everland. It cost almost 100 000won. It is expensive but it saves me and didi the trouble of getting up and down the trains and bus and also walking.
Going to everland is not so straightforward as it is located in Yongin, a suburb of Seoul, at 310 Jeondae-ri, Pogok-myeon, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do and we need to take a 45 min train and then change to a 1 hr bus journey up to the amusement park. So we rather sit comfortably in the taxi and reached there after abt an hr ride.
Everland amusement theme park is the biggest theme park in South Korea and It is ranked as the 4th theme park in the world by offering 5 main Festivals and exciting entertainments all year around. The park is home to over 40 heart-pounding rides and attractions and is one of the most popular places in Korea for families, friends, and couples.

As we visited Korea in Oct, its the Halloween Theme. Just look at the Big Pumpkin again....

I am simply delighted as I love Halloween.....the ghost...the skeletons etc. Just take a look at the number of photos i took just on the displays....woohoo....its enough to entertain me. Hmm....what abt didi??...He seems contented lying in his stroller enjoying the cool weather. Well...he's still nt feeling the best la due to the fever.

Next, if you are in everland, you have to visit the Zoo-topia. This is the place where it gives didi's the untold energy to spring up from his stroller, get on his feet and play around.....

We couldnt help but to hug these 2 eggs the moment we saw them...

Then, we started to terriotise the chicks.......

The Four Seasons Garden of Everland is decorated with beautiful flowers arranged in a French garden style. Surrounded by Holland-style architecture, the gardens are the stage for seasonal flower festivals (tulips from April to June, lilies from July to August, and chrysanthemums from September to October), laser shows, and musical fountain shows.

See?? Its real boring to keep taking pictures.....Only the dinos had us running ard the park.....

We didnt stay till the night as didi is not feeling well. Daddy and mommy didnt want to exhuast him out as we still have 3 more days to go. So we took the shuttle bus to the bus terminal and then another 1 hr ride bus ride before mommy couldnt stand the stuffy bus and changed to a cab back hotel.

Day 6
I started to get the fever symptoms from didi but anyway....even if sick...its still boring staying in the hotel.....Luckily we have covered all the places we wanted to visit and hmmm....What else is left??!! Its shopping day...We took a train to Myeong-dong for a walk and then to the nearby Namdaemun market for a wipeout shopping!

Myeong-dong is one of the busiest places in Seoul and is among Korea’s premier shopping destinations. Shops for clothing or cosmetics can be seen at every corner, and street stalls dot the spaces in between, offering tasty snacks, inexpensive clothes, or sparkling accessories. Just a note to all who are looking for facial products: Every Korean cosmetic brand has a branch in Myeong-dong. The market is home to roughly a thousand cosmetic shops and hundreds of skin-care stores.

Saw that on the map?? Mommy says it is huanting her down even when she is in Seoul. hehehe

After Myeong-dong, we headed down to Namdaemun Market.

Namdaemun Market is the largest traditional market in Korea. There, you can find textile goods, utensils, electronics, local produce, traditional crafts, imported goods, and much more. It distributes more than 90% of the children’s clothing sold nationwide. Foods beloved by Koreans--such as kimchi, pork hocks, and hairtails (beltfish add further to the market’s colorful atmosphere.

Before starting out shopping spree, we just had to try the juicy watermelon and honey dew from the fruit stall along the streets....... Rest well? and then we found ourselves lugging big big bags of goodies back to the hotel.

This is our lunch before we head back to the hotel for a rest and dinner before we head down to Dongdaemun market for another round of shopping......

Seoul 2011 - Day 7 & 8

Day 7
Daddy and mommy had decided to cut short our trip by 1 day since the flight load on saturaday is not good. To avoid being not able to get on the plane, we will be returning back to SG 1 day earlier. We started the last second day of our trip easy and with only 1 task on the list. That is to find a suitable size luggage to stuff all our loots back to SG.

We had breakfast at the Mac just right the corner of our hotel. There am i, requested mommy to help me take a pic of this korean Mac Uncle. Any difference? I insisted so as the eyes look different from the one in SG. Hehee

After which, we walked all the way from our hotel at Isadong to Myeong-dong and hopped in to Shinsegae Departmental Store for a walk......Gosh, perphaps its the cold weather, the shopping mall is rather warm and people are cladding themselves in thick coats. Mommy and daddy are rather amazed by what they saw as mommy is already perspiring from the stuffy environment.
We had some "fresher" air outside the departmental store...where daddy and mommy can rest their feet and me and didi had our yummy gummy sweets.

Finally find a position to take a pic where we can take a shot of the Seoul Tower far at the back. Can you spot it??

We continued the journey down to Namdaemun Market where we finally find a suitable luggage. Prior to that, we raided the children's clothing area where we get more power rangers shirts, socks and undergarments to add on to our loots in the hotel. Mommy grabbed more of the socks offer at 11 pairs for only 10 000won....before we finally had a quick cheap lunch at a resturant and headed back to hotel for a rest.

We had a final stroll along the streets of Insadong in the evening and had a good hearty BBQ dinner...

Okok...i know what you are going to say..."Not again"???....Ok la...this is my favourite sculpture situated just at the entrance of a side street which we will not missed when going back to the hotel. AND i promise this will be the last picture with this lion? tiger?Cat? Pig? whatever.....

Didi decided to gather his courage and give it a try by sitting on it and take a pic just like what i always did. Well Done didi....perphaps he knows we are going back and this will be the last time we sit on this.......

Well...last night of cos we had to have our "Wee ar wee" in the bathtub before turing in for the night.....I'm still down with slight fever and there i m......Guess who is the one who is faking fever???

Day 8 - We woke up real early in the morning and the taxi driver is already waiting for us at the lobby at 5.30am. The sun is not even up yet!!! But you will be amazed at the number of cars on the street at such an early morning.

We went Chinese Garden for the Mid Autumn festival this yr. we missd it last year as both me and didi were sick. This time, we are not going to miss it.....

Jaren's 3 Years Old Birthday

Didi turns 3 yrs old this year. How time flies....he looks just abt the size of a little kitten when he was born and now....he's already 3 yrs old. mommy prepared some bday goodie packs for his classmate and he had an early bday celebration (1 wk b4 his bday) as his bday falls on the sept holiday.We had a real bday celebration 1 day b4 didi bday and we had the celebration over at our new hse.... Biao yi, god grandma, lao ma all came over to celebrate his bday...we had pizza, golden pillow for dinner.....

Crocodile Farm

The 1st time when we made a trip to the Crocodile farm, it was closed for the day.....consider the fact that it was opened everyday, we arejust plain unlucky on that day that it was closed. Nevermind, mommy and daddy as promised, brought us there a wk later and gosh...we were simply excited and eager to see the reptiles...

The crocodiles were all sleeping when we were there and i think i can only see one or two of them moving slightly...eyes twittering....tails moving at the slowest motion that you can ever see......

The auntie there mentions the crocodiles were just fed and it explains the reason why they are not moving. An hungry crocodile will probably gobble me up if i'm there.....phew!! i'm glad they are sleeping so that i can see them peacefully.

We bought back some crocodile stuffs at the shop...mommy bought a crocodile skin card holder while me and didi each had a crocodile egg back. Culture them in the water and the eggs will crack and baby crocs will come out.....

JD BUG Biking DAY & NIGHT

We have been biking since daddy fixed the JD Bug Bike last week. I must have been biking day and night and my riding skill improved day and night.....hehehe....

Dont you think i look pretty smart with this bike ...erm...forget abt my thick and untidy "cabbage"hair.

Simply cant help but to keep posing for mommy to take a pic.....

Didi has been diligently learning his scooter too if you wonder what is he doing. As i'm taller than didi, the seat of the bike was adjusted to my height and so its a little bit too high for didi to balance. I'm just glad he is contented with my scooter. And so there is no one to fight with me over this bike. But mommy say she is going to bring the a tool which looks like a key and has a name "Alan"with her so she is able to adjust the seat anytime she wants.......I hope i get hold of this "key"so that she is not able to adjust the seat...hehehe.....

Favorite Place - Kids Kampong

Kids Kampong has always been one of our fav place to visit and i believe it goes the same for daddy and mommy. Reason being the animals there are so cute and me and didi love them so much....and its near to our new house...er....iisnt it obvious that the 2nd reason is the one which daddy and mommy like the place and they never say "no"when we suggested going there to feed the animals......

Beside feeding the fishes and animals, catching the little fishes in the pond is one of my sure to do things before heading home. I will catch as many fishes as i can and them return them back to their little home just before we go back. Daddy says fishes like to swim freely and if i will to bring them back home, they will be in the fish tank and will be as sad as Nemo who is caught and put into the fish tank separated from his daddy. So the mindset instilled is to ctach and let go.......

This is of cos the reason why didi like this place...EAT and of cos ice cream.......

JD Bug Biking Day

HUH!! Finally!! Mommy and Daddy have decided to assemble this bike which was delivered to us last week. But both didi and i and even daddy mommy are "attacked" by the bugs and the plan to try on this bike is temporary "PUT ON HOLD".

We are blessed with an open space area just right in front of our house and you can see how fast we zoomed down to the area for play.

Didi, as usual the "gan cheong spider", wants to ride on the bike first, so i gladly let him try on while i scoots ard with my scooter.

With the help of daddy.....Didi is trying hard....."Hey! It sure looks interesting".

I'm simply pleased with this bike.....I don't have to pedal hard on it..simply use my 2 legs to control the speed...its light....its green just like my shoe....hahaha...and its simply just right for my size. The next rd when we ride, i'm going to ask daddy to adjust the seat so that it is more of my height....Didi is shorter mah!!Racing after didi who is also learning how to ride my scooter....buck up didi...LOOK!! I'm balancing.....

I'm doing just fine......Stylo me??!! I think i will look better with helmet and protective gear pad....hehe...prob the next items to buy, mommy and daddy???

After some practices, i think i'm getting the idea of how to "walk ride"with the bike at my pace and how to control the bike better. No problem when falling down...remember...the bike is light and I can simply pull the bike up again.

This is me...trying to ride down the slope.....and i did a little stunt which is to balance myself.. *Clap Clap* I'm really proud of myself and I think i have fallen in love with the bike on the 1st biking day.

Guess who?? Me and Mommy of cos....well...we had our long awaited photoshoot last monday, a day before the National Day. Cameraman??? Uncle Yap, who had glady helped us to take the shots. The photoshoot is actually meant for didi as he missed his One Yr old photoshoot ...ops...thats 2 yrs ago........Well, u see...at that time daddy and mommy were very busy with 2 monkies....n not to say...2 cheekie monkies that they had no time for the shoot. Now, as didi and i grow slightly more "mature"...ah hem.....mommy decided its time. But, sad to say..our boy of the day has fallen sick...he has got my bugs!!! Daddy and mommy decided to go ahead with the shoot as didi seems to be still active even though he has fever.

Well, we had a indoor shoot at our new house with Angry Bird theme and then we had our break where didi n i took a short nap. After which, we proceed to the Hort Park and its really HOT lo.....the sun is blazing up the sky with sun rays piercing through our skin......and sweat tickles down our face.....

We had our outdoor shoot quickly and when we were about to end...didi has melted"" under the hot sun and decided to koala mommy again.....n Uncle Yap decided to call it off for the day and continue night shoot when we get well again....

Great Grandfather's 87th Birthday Celebration

Crab Party & Fun play

Last Fri we had a big crabby feast at the Carb Party Resturant.....You can't see how daddy, mommy, Uncle Ivan and Auntie Pauline hide their saliva when they see the big and juicy crabs on the plate...bee hoon crab soup.....salted egg crab and black pepper crab.......Well...we kiddos are not a big fan of the crab and we do fine with the normal dishes.....After dinner, we invite Uncle Ivan, Auntie Pauline, Chloe Jiejie, Kylan Gor Gor and Crystal MeiMei to our new house.....

You can see from the pics how much fun we had in our little room. We seems contented with the toys in the room that nobody step out of the room to play....and mommy is probably the happiest person at that momment. This means less clearing up later....hehe......

The guests went back home shortly as it was quite late that day....and we boys slept very late...so much later than our normal night sleep....

What do we do when we are so sick of playing with our toys???...We've gona the "recycle fever from mommy...i collect the egg carton from the auntie selling the carrot cake at the coffeeshop near our house when Ah Ma brought me down to the market the other day."So we get mommy to cut up the carton and we started painting them and glue pompom to one of the end to make eyes and glue colourful sponge to make their legs......

Great Grandma's 78th birthday

Aug is a real busy month for us. We had 3 birthday celebrations for all our great grandparents. The last will be Great Grandpa birthday which will be real soon....

We made the same type of muffin for lao ma's birthday celebration...but blueberry and chocolate flavour this time round.

You can see from our outfit when this is done....hehe...early in the morn. Didi woke up first so he started off doing the chocolate muffin mixture.

Great Grandmother's 82th birthday

This is mommy n both of us...totally engrossed in playing games at great grandmother's hse during the celebration....But dont think we only know how to play games.....we are just enjoying oursleves after the hard work at the kitchen prior going for the celebration.....this is what we did....

Its great grandmother's 82th birthday this yr and we made chocolate muffin as part of the goodie food buffet for the celebration. Well...this is our 1st time making muffin n aso with our new oven. Didi n i joined in the baking process with instructions n demos by mommy...i must say we did quite well for the 1st time. I have only made cookies b4 n never muffin so u must have guessed how excited i was.

Moving House Ceremony

2 week ago, we had our "Move House"ceremony. Our new house will be at Punggol and we had our move house ceremony. On that day, daddy and mommy packed a few stuffs from our current house to our new house to symbolise the "moving house"ceremony. We had our gandparents over to help out...The grandmas busy in the kitchen cooking.....

2 pineapples at the door...to welcome posperity "Wang Lai"

The "fire"stove which me and didi called it...Daddy had fire burning on this stove and placed right in the middle of the living room...."Feng Shen Shui Qï"...while mommy have the water flowing freely out from ALL taps and wind from all opened windows...

Lastly, a big feast for the adults while me and didi had our little nap in daddy n mommy's new rooom.

Monster face Craft

We like anything from monsters to witches to ghosts etc. So when mommy asked what we will like to do with the paper plates...of cos the answer is monster face. So we started off with painting. Choosing the colour of the face we like and started the job in no time.

After which, we learned learnt abt shapes when mommy asked what shapes we will like the ears, noses, eyes of the monster to have..and also numbers like how many eyes the monsters have....etc. we started pasting / glueing the parts onto the painted face.........and placed them under the fan to dry before we hang them up.

Mah Mah booked a hotel room at MBS hotel where she work during the June holiday. Its supposedly to be only a delux room but end up with a free upgrade to a premier room at the staff price of a delux room. Totally worth it ....no wonder mommy was beaming all the way after checking in......Look at how big the room is.....With the bathtub...its no wonder the swimming pool at the top is no longer intersting to us.....

We had a large group that day...both side of our grandparents were there, plus we have laoyi and biao yi too....

After dinner, we went out for a walk for the adults n run for us kiddos...

We make some animal magnets from soft clay during the school holiday....you can guess how back date this post is....hehe..

Its easy using the soft clay....we use animal shape cutter to cut out the shape, paint and then decorate the animals to our imagination. Mommy make a strawberry instead of animals. After the clay has dried, we glue magnet to the back of the animals and stick them on the fridge...

After the show, we pestered Daddy to buy us each an octopus toy and we headed down to the beach for a sand play....

After which, a skyride.....n ops....thats when Daddy dropped one of his slippers.......Err.....so careless...

Luckily, we were heading back home after the ride, else daddy got to wear barefoot ard without any slippers on. We gobbled our food down for a noon nap before heading to JP for our mightly shooting games.

Science Centre

We went to the Science Centre 2 weeks back during the long weekends. Ah Gong Ah Ma went to thailand for a short holiday. Grandma joined us on that day since she is not working and we had a great fun day at the science centre exploring.

1st....got to take photo with this giant rabbit. Making sound...listening to sound....Hey!! Thats what I'm learning in school this term

Mommy's Birthday

We had an early celebration for mommy's birthday at grandparents house. Grandma never failed to get mommy's a birthday cake on her birthday.....here we are..posing silly

Mommy had a day off on her actual birthday and went Universal Studio with Daddy. She's gona do something which she cant do when we are around and that is to sit on those "scary"rides.....While.....n after 3 rides, mommy went straight to the toilet for a big "puke"....hehehe....see....isnt it better with us ard??

Lunch at HArd Rock Cafe

With a full stomach, they headed off to the casino for a "heng heng"strike.....won some money and quicky went off.....Never under estimate the luck of a birthday gal....

Next, Korea Hotpot for dinner before heading back home.....And thats where we are both waiting for them...HUMP!!

Nevertheless, they bought home lots of stuffs for us...A dino pack of goodies inside and 6 tees for us....why??...of cos with the winnning.....Thats Didi's dino mask..while i'm off playing with Uncle Frankie, who had visited us.
